Bike Show 2011
Note from Club Chairman:
Thank you to all club members, wives/spouses, children and friends who helped out at the Bike Show on Sunday 7th August. It was nice to see so many of you willing to give up their time. Although numbers were down compared to last year, it was still a very good and sucessful show. We were very lucky to have the weather on our side, I am sure that made a huge difference. Thank you to all who helped set up in the morning, and to members who donated some wonderful tombola prizes. Also to those who helped run the stalls and clear up in the evening as well.
CLUBROOM CHAMPIONSHIP 2011
The clubroom championship commenced with a quiz on the 25th January, followed by another quiz on the 15th February. A Pool night took place on Tuesday 8th March at the Foresters Club, Newmarket, and A Darts night followed on 22nd March at the Foresters Club. The championships will resume after the summer ride outs have come to an end.
BMF SHOW 2011
The BMF show was well attended by Newmarket MCC members who thoroughly enjoyed the whole weekend.
CLUB ANNUAL BBQ
Was held on the 25th June at Fred Turner's house, luckily the sun shone the whole day. Many thanks to Fred for kindly offering us his venue.
